i’ve not only admired marc jacobs designs for some time now, but his shows are one that take set theatrics to new heights- elevating the entire experience of its viewers. for his fall 2012 collection he tapped brooklyn based sculptorer reachel feinstein. with only a few weeks to understand and execute his vision (and her own)- she’s successfully engaged her art with the fashion.

Based in East London, It’s developing lots of traction stateside for its use of vibrant chintz, typically associated with a proper English manor- but with a masterfully subversive twist. Not to be used sparingly- these prints look strongest when mixed and matched within a room.
